Pale pink clutches, Metallic/ Kawaii Backpacks & Travelling

Are you travelling somewhere soon?  Are you having 'bag, clutch, baggage, backpack' crisis?  What bags to take for your fashionable city trip?

I don't own a single backpack. And backpacking isn't really my style. I'm more into city trips, coffees, macaroons, shopping, dinning and lunching..
And I'm travelling overseas for probably the most exciting city trips I've ever been.

It's TOKYO.

It's a total dream come true for me .
I remember when my dad went to Tokyo when I was about 7. He brought me this super funky stretchy pencil, the biggest bubble gums, a Japanese porcelain doll, a wall art of a geisha looking at the Fuji mountain and so many other cool things. The year after my mom went to Japan.
She brought me my first perfume from there. It was this prettiest little pink bottle in a heart shape and a picture of an anime character girl.
Ever since, I was inspired by Japanese culture and started to dream of travelling there one day.
Not to mention, I've read Japanese novels and short stories,  watched movies such as 'Tokyo drift' as a teenager which inspired me even more.

However, I'm flying to Tokyo, my dream destination in 4 days.
And I just realised I don't have a suitable bag for travelling. I mean we are not backpacking but something that's stylish yet able to carry my shopping and wallet, and other belongings nice and safe.
I have these two pale pink, small bags with long straps that I carry almost all the time. But one of them unfortunately which is my most beloved box bag, is quiet worn out, torn everywhere and the lock is broken.

My Alannah Hill flower bag's lock ring is gone missing too.
I was looking at this metallic mesh backpack from Sakuhachi.  But with all the preparation and fuss around travelling I didn't have much time to decide and buy it so I missed out on it.

So now, I've gotta get my box bag fixed if it's possible or just stick to my flower bag and canvas totes untill I find the ideal bag in Tokyo.

Even though I don't have any time left for shopping, I did some research online.

I'm going to go shopping on the first day in Tokyo and will be looking for these two:

1. A cute, multicolor backpack with either graphics or plain but metalic
2. A new pale pink, long strapped between small and medium size clutch, ideally in box or heart shape.

I think it's important to know what sort of bags suits & defines you.

Well, I don't know about you but I think pale pink long strapped clutches are definitely my style.
You can have as many bags/clutches you want but the idea is that they should say all be box shape or all be pale pink so that it's like perfume, people would just know it's yours.

Don't get me wrong.  I like those transparent, see through box clutches too. I would love to have them. But since they are still in box shape with padlock and long strapped, it's still my style.

Charlotte Olympia's bags and shoes are always impressive,  creative and irresistibly cute.

The Chanel pale pink clutch is an ultimate dream.

The pink Chloe bags are absolutely adorable..
Forever New ballet pink bag, the details are similiar to my box bag which is also from Forever New.

                                                    And now the backpack tale.

Below here is the Shakuhachi metallic mesh backpack I was talking about.
It's really quiet cute and you can still get it from Iconic, Ebay and few other online stores.
I just don't have any time left to wait for it to be delivered. I might still get it when I come back though.

The silver one looks nice too. Very minimal and futuristic.

A similiar style gold backpack from American Apparel. Nice. If you like gold.

These cuties below are backpacks from Japan. See one of the reason why I can't wait to go there! I think it will be pretty tough to make decisions though. Since it seems like there are so many cute things!

So yeah, a very cute 'kawaii' or cool, funky and still cute, metallic backpacks are essential!
Your choice of style.
