Desdemona by the ocean

I've seen William Shakespeare's classic play 'Otello' few times in Ulaanbaatar's Drama theatre and in 'Nairamdal' summer camp, played by our teachers.
Each time I saw the play, it left me a deep mark. But I adored Desdemona. Her name, her dress and her beauty. Yet I felt her tragedy in my heart.

However let alone the Shakespeare's classic.
I was taking my usual walk in Paddington, (my favourite area in Sydney), and glimpse of these beautiful white dresses on the display caught my eye.

Specially, foremost of all, the long white dress haunted me. It looked like that of Desdemona's, romantic, sensual, yet raw and beautiful. A long sleeved, with plain top and multi layered skirt.
After staring at the dresses like forever and I was then able to read the name of the boutique: AJE.
Unfortunately, the shop was closed, so I was there as soon as I got up the next morning.

I wear it with my jewelled long strapped clutch from Forever New,  'Nero's italian leather ankle boots and have my hair down.
I wear it to fancy restaurants to have dinner. I wear it on my favourite ' solo day out', (I check my favourite boutiques then go to Kinokuniya for book shopping and Starbucks to buy Caramel Machiatto).

I  now (after this shoot), dyed my hair blue-black for the summer and I think it suits perfectly with my white dresses from AJE:'Desdemona',  'Emilia'.

Below here  are some shots taken by the talented Jonathan Key.

Here, I'm dreaming, feeling divine and romantic in my Desdemona dress by the ocean.

I now feel like I've played Desdemona's role on stage.

I am Desdemona.
